Sustainability, Social Justice, and ethical behavior is for everyone, doing your part can be confusing, so ESG metrics are a place to start.

Dream it.

Individuals and organizations know they want to do something to address the growing global environmental challenges, the social inequalities that exist, and the while being governed by the highest ethics. Doing well by doing good.

Plan it.

To take action on those high principles takes more than wishful thinking it takes planning and program management to change individuals and organizations behaviors. Plan the work, and work the plan.

Internalize it.

Individual"‘s and organization’s growth is determined by how well they adapt to the changing environment. Individuals are happier when they have a mission, and organizations are thriving when they elevate their ESG scores

 

Implement it.

Organizations are made up of individuals, and they drive the organization’s culture to change, when they know the mission and find the tools to implement it. Define your goals, and determine the methods to implement them.

Measure it.

ESG tools are the new metrics for organizations, and should be the same metrics for individuals. Adapting the developing ESG methods for individuals will help to establish a consistent methodology for improvement.

Share it.

Organizations are developing and sharing their ESG scores to improve their valuation, customer acceptance, and employee satisfaction. The time has come for individuals to establish where they are on an ESG scale.
