Organizations are made up of individuals, and they drive the organization’s culture to change, when they know the mission and find the tools to implement it. Define your goals, and determine the methods to implement them.
Measure it.
ESG tools are the new metrics for organizations, and should be the same metrics for individuals. Adapting the developing ESG methods for individuals will help to establish a consistent methodology for improvement.
Share it.
Organizations are developing and sharing their ESG scores to improve their valuation, customer acceptance, and employee satisfaction. The time has come for individuals to establish where they are on an ESG scale.
